Check the peripheral circuit of IC701, IC702, IC703, IC751 and D725.
Check the power circuit consisting of T702, IC701, Q701 etc.

Check F3700.
Replace the Fuse.
Is the Fuse again blown out?
Does 5V appear at pin (39) of IC2001.
