The TV screen is still black…
First, double check all the connections. Make
sure you have both the 15 pin VGA and the USB
connected to the computer. Make sure your TV
is on the correct input. Verify that your screen
resolution is one supported by the converter. Try
outputting video again through using your
computer’s hotkeys.
