11.4.1

Adding the EtherNet/IP™ scanner via MOVISUITE

®

The following description is the standard fieldbus configuration for MOVISUITE

®

 V2.20

or  higher.  The  description  of  the  manual  configuration  procedure  is  for  experts  and
should only be used as a workaround

•

Create a new project by scanning the network.

•

Adjust the communication settings in MOVISUITE

®

 and scan.

Double-click the upper half of the circle to open the parameter tree.

Selecting the fieldbus option "EtherNet/IP™ scanner"

Open  the  "Fieldbus  protocol"  drop-down  list  in  the  "Fieldbus"  menu.  Select  the
entry "EtherNet/IP™ scanner".

•

Please note that the "Activate fieldbus connection" choice box must be set to "No".
