Minilux Sensor xx-A Series Occupancy Sensor
Safety Precaution
Do not install the sensor with live power. Conform to all local and national electric codes. These products are for
indoor use only.
Minimum required Components
The Minilux Sensor xx-A series occupancy sensor must be used in conjunction with at least one Power Pack.
The Power Pack Type 36-982 provides power
(230V
∼
/24VDC) to the
sensor and contains the relay to switch to load.
Wiring the Sensor to Power Pack
Mounting the Sensor
The sensor should be mounted in acoustic ceiling tile (false ceilings), or mounted to a junction box for hard ceiling
installations. The sensor must be mounted in the ceiling to work properly. Use the arrow on the twist-lock cover
plate to achieve proper orientation.

With the cover plate in position line up its arrow with one of the arrows on the
sensor then clasp together. Rotate the sensor until you feel the ratchet
action, indicating engagement. Now align the sensor to the exact orientation
desired.
