MAINTENANCE
Spray Arms:
Your Dishwasher contains two spray arms (fig 18). One at the bottom of the
Dishwasher and one
on the underside of the upper basket.
Make sure that the spray holes are not clogged and that no food waste is stuck to the spray
arms. If you need to clean the spray arms, remove them from the
Dishwasher and clean them
under water.
To remove the lower spray arm, pull it upwards. To replace it, push it firmly until it clicks into
place.
To remove the upper spray arm, undo the nut holding it in position by turning it clockwise and
pulling it downwards. To replace it, push it upwards into the mounting, then turn it counter
clockwise until it clicks into position.
CAUTION:
Make sure that the nut holding the upper spray arm in position is tight before
operating the Dishwasher othersie the spray arm could detach in use and damage any dishes in
the lower basket.
Water Inlet Filters:
Water inlet filters prevent dirt and foreign materials from entering your
Dishwasher. It is
recommended that these filters are cleaned when your
Dishwasher is unable to receive
sufficient water, although your water supply is on and the tap is open.
To clean the water inlet filters (fig 19):
1
Unscrew the water inlet hose from the
Dishwasher by turning the hose anti-clockwise and
gently pulling.
2
To remove the water inlet filter from the water inlet valve, use a pair of long-nosed pliers to
gently pull on the plastic bar in the filter.
