SETTING UP YOUR DISHWASHER
CONTROL PANEL OVERVIEW
The effectiveness of your Dishwasher depends on the softness of the water supply. For this
reason, your Dishwasher is equipped with a system to reduce the hardness in the mains water.
To find out the water hardness level in your area, contact your water company.
To set your Dishwasher to compensate for the water hardness level:

On the control panel hold down the Programme Selection Button.

Switch on your Dishwasher using the
On/Off Button.

Continue holding down the Programme Selection Button until the letters SL stop being
displayed.
Release the Programme Selection Button. The current water hardness setting is displayed.
Use the + or - buttons to select the required hardness level.
Press the
On/Off Button to save the setting.

On/Off Button.

Extra Hygiene Button. Select if you want a cleaner, more hygienic washing process. This
increases the water temperature and washing time.

Tablet Detergent Button. Select if you are using combined detergent which contains salt,
rinse aid and extra functions.
Door
Handle.
Programme Selection Button.
Half Load Button. Select if you have a half load to reduce the duration of the programme
and decrease your power and water consumption.
Start/Pause Button: Start or pause the selected programme.
Salt Level Warning. If shown, refill the salt compartment (see page 21).
Rinse Aid Warning. If shown, refill the rinse aid compartment (see page 22).
Washing Cycle Progress Indicators. Shows the progress of the washing cycle.
Remaining Time Indicator. The amount of time the programme has left to run.
Delay Time. The amount of time the programme is delayed.
