Solving common problems

PROBLEM

IMPORTANT

Take into consideration that a visit by the repair service will be charged if the issue is not due to manufacture mistake by
materials defect although your stove is in the period of guarantee.

Before you call the repair service please review the following list. It includes common issues not caused by mistakes during manufacturing or defects
in your stove materials. One simple adjustment you make can save time and money.

POSSIBLE CAUSE / SOLUTION

• Food residue is accumulated in the bottom of stove.
• Clean the existing leakage.

The stove is not working.

• Make sure the electric connection cable is appropriately connected to the plug.
• Check to make sure there is tension or voltage in the plug.
• The house wiring is not complete.

The oven light is not working.

• Make sure the light bulb is well adjusted. Replace if needed.
• The switch is the 0 position, put it in 1 position.

The disks exceed heating or don't heat
enough

• Knobs are not adjusted in the adequate heating position.
• Deformed or light weight utensils are being used. Use only flat, balance, medium or heavier weight

utensils.

Baking results are not satisfactory.

Make sure the knob is located in the right position. Center food in the oven grill and allow appropriate
circulation of air around the utensils. If needed, preheat the oven before placing the food. Try to follow
the temperature recommendations, as well as the baking time indicated in recipes.
