1. Unpack the backguard located at the top of the range.

2. Place the backguard on the cooktop and make sure that the holes of both pieces match, so the backguard is correctly seated (see

picture 1).

3. Place the 2 round head screws at the lower face of both, backguard and cooktop, firmly tighten with the nuts (see picture 1). Use

pliers.

4. Place the metallic reinforcements in position (see picture 2) and slide them to their final location.

5. Place 1 Phillips head screw on each support, at the top of the backguard (see picture 2).

6. Place 2 round head screws on each support, at the lower face of backguard and cooktop (see picture 2), firmly tighten with the

nuts. Use pliers.
