Restrictions on the operation of base and fixed stations.
This equipmentis subject ti the registrations rules of Section 90.1331 for restrictions
on the operation of base and fixed stations. It can only be sold marketed to licenses
and cannot be sold to the general public. The license holder is responsible, prior to
operation, to register the device in the database and only operate the equipment at
the registered fixed location and not at any other location.
