HEART RATE
The heart rate can be viewed on the device (Figure 19A) and will be displayed in the mobile
App (Figure 19B). Swipe to view the heart rate monitor on the app entrance page.
In order to obtain accurate heart rate measurements, the HABIT+ BAND should be in firm in
contact with the skin on the wrist. Be sure to tightly fasten the band with the heart rate monitor
(the back of the device) contacting the arm, but not so tightly that it cuts off the circulation.
Keep the arm still and steady. Then, click on the start button (Figure 19B) and wait for up to a
minute.
