Q1.
Does the HABIT+ BAND always require a Bluetooth connection with a
smartphone?
A1.
The following features can function without a Bluetooth connection:
o
Pedometer
o
Sleep Monitor
o
Heart Rate Monitor
o
Alarm Clock
o
Sedentary Reminder
Bluetooth is required to be turned on to synchronize the above data on HABIT+
BAND to the app.
The following features require a Bluetooth connection:
o
Phone Call & Message Notification
o
Shake for Selfie
o
Find Band
o
Weather
Q2.
What should I do if notification for calls or messages does not work as expected?
A2.
Follow the steps below to find suitable solution to each condition:
o
Is the notification shown on the phone? If not, please allow notification in
the mobile phone system settings.
o
Is the messaging application (such as FB Messenger, Snapchat,
WhatsApp) logged in elsewhere, e.g. on PC? Notification may not be
shown on mobile phone if the application is logged in elsewhere. Please
only log in the application on mobile phone or set “resume mobile phone
notification” in the application settings.
o
Is the messaging application running in the mobile phone background?
The application must be allowed to run in the background for mobile
phone to push notifications.

What should I do if the HABIT+ BAND is not shown in device list?
A3.
Follow the steps below until the issue is resolved:
o
Make sure the band is on and refresh the list as shown in Figure 6C.
o
Keep the band close to the mobile phone and repeat the first step.
o
Restart the band as well as the Bluetooth on mobile phone.
o
Is the band bound with another phone?
If the device is bound with an iPhone, unbind it from the app, and then
unpair it on the iPhone. Tap Settings > Bluetooth, find the device to unpair,
and tap the info button

, then Forget this Device.
If the device is bound with an Android phone, unbind it from the app.
o
Reboot the phone and repeat the steps above.
