RTUNAME: is the RTU Name configured with Easy RTU-LP Software
RTUCODE: is the numerical RTU code configured with Easy RTU-LP Software
YYYY-MM-DD_HH-MM: it’s the date/hour of the event
KKKK: is a progressive alphanumerical code
