Change setting groups in intermediate recloser controls
to reverse direction when the tie recloser is closed. Use
either reclose shot counting or time coordination to
determine a faulted segment.

Optional voltage elements provide three-phase
measurements from one side of the recloser and a single-
phase measurement from the other side.
