Connect refrigerant pipes
Lubricate inside and outside of the
flare nut with freeze tolerant motor oil
and connect gas and liquid pipes by
hand
The taper end of the connecting pipe must be in line with the corresponding taper face of the valve joint.
Tighten the nut of the connecting pipe and then use spanner to tighten the nut.

NOTE:
Connect the connecting pipe to the indoor unit first and then connect it to the outdoor unit. Pay attention to the
bending and Iayout when preparing the connecting pipe in order not to harm it. Do not screw the joint nut too
tightly, otherwise leakage will be caused.
Check the connection for leakage. Use water-soap solution
Insulate gas pipes and their
connection to prevent condensation
and water leaks by covering provided
insulation sheet completely around the
connection and nut
Fasten the isolation sheet against
tear-off
NOTE: PLEASE FOLLOW THIS INSTUCTION. OTHER WISE CONDENSATE DEVELOPS, DROPS AND
DAMAGES THE CEILING
Install drain pipe/hose
During cooling condensate occurs and must be drained
The diameter of the drain hose must be at least of the same size as the drain pipe from the cassette
The slope of the drain pipe/hose must be min 1% (1cm/1m) and go ALWAYS down. No intermediate
bows and inclines are allowed
The drain hose shall be at short as possible
Install a siphon at the end of the hose to avoid bad smell
Provide an uprising hose straight at the beginning of the hose to prevent backflow of the condensate into
the unit
