Restore default settings:
Restore the
default settings for SMS. When you click this
action will restore the default settings for SMS.
6 Advanced:
Cell Broadcast:
This function is a service
provided by your system consultant service
center to users in the system. For example,
weather forecast and traffic services may be
available. Received cell broadcast messages
are automatically displayed on the screen. You
can directly read the messages.
You can press
to choose one of the
following options:
1) View details:
view selected broadcast
short messages
2) Delete broadcasts:
Delete all
broadcast short messages.
3) Settings:
3.1) Emergency alert settings:
1> Show extreme threats:
Enables or
disables the switch, When this is enabled,
display alerts for extreme threats to life and
property.
2> Show severe threats:
Enables or
disables the switch, When this is enabled,
display alerts for severe threats to life and
property.
3> Show AMBER alerts:
Enables or
disables the switch, When this is enabled,
display child abduction emergency bulletins.
4> Alert reminder:
You can set the alert
reminder style. The default alert reminder is
“off”.
5> Vibrate:
Vibrate on alert.
3.2) Settings for GSM-R:
1> Show custom cell broadcast:
Enables or disables the receiving of broadcast
short messages.
2> Cell broadcasts channel setting:
When
Show custom cell broadcast
is
enabled, adds a channel or edits an existing
channel.
4.6 Calls
The call log records three groups of calls:
missed calls, all calls, and dialed calls, As
shown in Figure . Each group contains 20
records for easy inquiry and use.
