Last State
This option allows to determine how the board must act
after a Power Loss:
if “Power ON”, the board will start every time the power
supply is present;
if “Power OFF”, the board will not start automatically
when the power supply returns.
If “Last State”, the board will start again when the power
returns if it was ON, and will remain OFF if the board
was in this state when the power went down.

This option allows to select which level of power Saving
is allowed when there is no I/O on the disk if a medium
power level (Partial, good for a small impact on
performances) or a minimum power level (Slumber,
optimal for long idle periods expected) or both

power, by setting a SATA link to the disk to a low-power
setting during idle time (i.e. when there is no I/O).
