Initial start up:
A short warm-up phase is recommended for initial commissioning or when relocating.
Please follow the procedure as described:
1. Place the device on a firm, vibration-free and level surface.
Note:
Please make sure that all 4 leveling feet
of the balance touch the floor.
2. Place one foot on the scale to activate the device.
3. Remove your foot and wait for the scale to turn off. Leave the scale turned off for about 10 seconds.
4. The scale is now ready for operation.
Measure weight:
1. Place the device on a firm, vibration-free and level surface. Please make sure that all 4 leveling feet of the
balance touch the floor.
2. If possible, stand in the middle of the scale. Do not stand on the display!
Attention:
If you stand on the
edge of the scale, the scale may tilt to the side. There is a risk of injury!
3. The scale is now activated and measures your weight.
4. During the measurement, hold as still as possible to avoid measuring errors.
5. The measurement is finished as soon as the weight display starts flashing.
6.
Automatic switch-off function:
After approx. 8 seconds of inactivity, the device switches itself off
automatically.
Start-up the App:
General information about the operating system:
The used smartphone or
tablet must have at least Android
6.0
or IOS
8.0
as operating system.
Smartphones or tablets with Windows operating systems are not suitable for this.
Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone or tablet. Place the scale near the
smartphone or tablet.
To connect the scale to your smartphone or tablet, you need the free app:
"Fitdays". You can get them on the App Store or on Google Play as well as on the
QR code.
Please download the app and install it on your device. Start the app.
To use the app, you must first register. Enter a valid email address and password.
Connect the scale to your Smartphone/ Tablet via Bluetooth.
Create one or more profiles. Enter the date of birth, height and desired weight.
Note:
Professional athletes, bodybuilders or people who exercise more than 12
hours a week can activate the "Athletics Mode" in their profile for more accurate
measurement results. The values obtained in this mode are intended for persons
older than 18 years.
Body Analysis:
1. Place the device on a firm, vibration-free and level surface.
Note:
Please make sure that all 4 leveling feet
of the balance touch the floor.
2. Start the app and select a previously created profile.
3. It is recommended to always perform the body analysis at the same time of day with the water balance
remaining as constant as possible (e.g. in the morning after the first visit to the toilet). .
4. Wear no or only very light clothing during the measurement.
Note:
The body analysis can only be carried
out barefoot and only standing up! Please enter the scale with clean and dry feet!
5. Keep as still as possible during the measurement. After a few seconds the body analysis is finished.
