Navigating through the
measured values
You can use the navigation panel at the lower right of the window to navigate:
Arrow keys
Scrolling along the axes
Magnifier
Zooming in and out
In addition you can use the mouse wheel for navigation (you have to click on the
diagram first):
Mouse wheel
Scrolling along the X-axis
Shift-key + mouse wheel
Scrolling along the Y-axis
CTRL-key + mouse wheel
Zooming the Y-axis in and out
If you right-click on the diagram, you can access a few more navigation tools from
the context menu:
Magnify
This tool can be used to magnify a specific area of the diagram. After
the menu item has been selected, the cursor changes to
. Click
on
one corner of the area you want to select and hold down the mouse
button. Afterwards, select the area and release the mouse button.
Move
This tool can be used to freely move the curves within the diagram.
After the menu item has been selected, the cursor changes to
.
Click on the diagram, hold down the mouse button and move the
mouse in any direction in order to move the curves within the
diagram.
Choose
By selecting this item you can leave the Move or Magnify modes
described above.
Reset
By selecting this menu item, the default view is restored.
By selecting this menu item, the current diagram view can be
printed. It is recommended to use landscape format for printing.
Properties
By selecting this menu item, a few diagram properties (e.g.
background colour and grid style) can be changed.
By clicking the middle of the navigation panel, the default view can be restored.
Placing guides
In order to accurately read off measured values or time values, you are allowed to
place any amount of guides on the diagram. First, click on an axis (Y-Axis for
horizontal guides; X-Axis for vertical guides). Then, click on a certain point within the
diagram (e.g. on a curve). The measured value or the time value can now be read off
at the axis intersection.
Guides can be moved by left-clicking on them and holding down the mouse button
while moving the mouse in any direction. A guide can be deleted by right-clicking on
it.
