HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS
1 – – T To m move s seat b backwards a and
forwards
Lift lever and move seat. Then release
lever and move seat further so that the
catch engages.
Warning
For s
safety rreasons tthe d driver’s s seat
must o only b be m moved b backwards o or
forwards w when v vehicle iis s station-
ary.
2 – – A Adjusting b backrest
Take weight off backrest and turn hand-
wheel (on inner side of seat).
Warning
Do n
not llower tthe b backrest ttoo ffar
when o on tthe m move b because tthe
seat b belts a are tthen n no llonger ffully
effective.
3 – – R Releasing b backrest
Lift the lever and move the backrest for-
ward.
Warning
For s
safety rreasons, e ensure tthat tthe
backrest llock iis e engaged w when tthe
vehicle iis m moving!
3 – – E Easy-Entry ffunction*
This function makes it easier to gain
access to the rear seats of the vehicle.
Pull the lever up and push the back rest
forwards. At the same time the surface of
the seat lifts slightly and moves forward.
