FAULT
INSPECTION
SOLUTION
The air pump
cannot be started
normally.
1. The power source is not
plugged properly.
2. The fuse in DC plug (7) is
burnt out.
3. Overheating or overload.
1. Make sure the connect to the 12V DC socket.
2. Change the fuse.
3. Take off the Sand Cap from the pump intake or outtake. Cool
the motor and restart it. Turn on the pump in the air to force it
fast cool down.
Slow or abnormal
inflation.
Pump stop before
reach set pressure
1. Check whether the hose is
blocked or cracked.
2. The joint between the
hose and air pump or
inflatable product is not
installed properly.
3. Make sure the power
source meets the pump’s
requirements 12V 15A
4. Check input voltage, make
sure not voltage low issue
5. Check Temperature
1. Change the hose or make it unblocked, and check whether the
hose is cracked.
2. Reinstall the hose or valve adaptor, put the right size O ring
3. If the problem cannot be solved, please contact with the
manufacturer or its service agent or the similar authorized
personnel.
4. Do NOT use compact AC to DC wall convertors to power the
pump. Connect the pump car charger adapter directly to a car’s
charger socket. Or use a well charged minimum 12V 7AH external
lead acid battery with the optional 12V battery connector.
5. check the input voltage before the pump stop, make sure the
voltage is within 9-15V. . If the internal tempature too hot, the
pump will stop with its screen showing over-heat.
