Operation
Standby Mode
Press the
▲▼ buttons for 5 seconds or until the display shows ”PE”. The thermostat will disable wireless functions and will go
into “Standby” mode to save battery power. Press it again for another 5 seconds to restart the thermostat.
NOTE: It is recommended the thermostat be changed to “Standby” mode when not used for an extended period.
Temperature Range
The thermostat can be programmed
between 41˚F and 95˚F (5˚C and 35˚C) in heating. Cooling can be programmed from 45˚F
to 99˚F (7˚C and 37˚C) however, it will display room temperatures from 30˚F to 99˚F (0˚C and 37˚C). “HI” will be displayed if the
temperature is higher than 99˚F (50˚C), and “LO” will be displayed if the temperature is lower than 32˚F (0˚C).The thermostat will
automatically turn off in Heat mode if the temperature rises above 95˚F (35˚C) and automatically turns off in Cool mode if the
temperature drops below 45˚F (7˚C).
Compressor Protection
The thermostat provides a 4 minute delay after shutting off the compressor in heating or cooling mode (heat pump). This feature
will prevent damage to your compressor caused by rapid cycling. The delay is not available when there are power outages. This
function can be turned on or off in configuration.
Fan Operation
If the system does not have a G terminal connection, skip to Heating System section.
1. Turn on power to system.
2. Press FAN key to turn fan on. The blower should begin to operate.
3. Press FAN key again to select AUTO mode. The blower should stop immediately.
