The regulator has the above three control functions, but
the different control functions can also act at the same time,
the low oil flow will be mechanically operated priority.
Oil output rate of pump can be controlled by changing the
servo-hydraulic pressure Pi.
This regulator is the type of negative pressure oil flow
control, lower oil output rate Q according to the increase of
servo-hydraulic pressure Pi .
If servo hydraulic pressure corresponding to required oil
flow is marked, oil pump will only drain required oil flow, so
unnecessary power consumption can be avoided.
Reducing function of oil flow
When the servo-hydraulic pressure Pi increases, the
servo-hydraulic piston (643) to the right to a position where
servo-hydraulic spring (646) and fluid pressure get
balance .
Sleeve "A" inside servo-hydraulic piston is equipped with
pin (875), the pin is fixed on rod 2 (613).
Therefore, when the servo-hydraulic piston moves, bar 2
rotates around point "B" [fixed by the pole plug (614) and
pins (875) ].
Because the large hole part "C" of the rod 2 includes the
pin (897) fixed in the feedback pole (611) , pin 2 moves to
the right when rod 2 is rotating..Since plate "D" of the
corresponding feedback pole is installed with pin (548)
fixed by the tilt pin (531) of rotating swash plate , feedback
rod rotates around point "D" , and pin (897) will move.
Because the feedback rod is connected to the spool (652)
through the pin (874) , the spool moves to the right. The
spool movement cause the oil pressure P1 flow into the
large diameter part of the servo piston through the spool
throttle (CI).
The oil pressure P1 continued to go into the small diameter
part of the servo piston, the pressure difference will move
the servo piston to the right , leading to reduction in tilt
angle.
