Hydraulic Excavator
376
Mechanical force from the engine is converted into
hydraulic force by the main pump. Hydraulic force from the
main pump is transmitted to the track motors, rotary motors
and cylinder through the control valve, then converted to
mechanical force to carry out straight action, rotating action
and construction of exacavating unit.
Hydraulic components, description
In order to provide more convenient operation, greater
safety, higher productivity and more fuel-efficient, the
excavator in the hydraulic circuit combines with the

• Rotate priority circuit (The
rotation and the bucket arm
withdrawing are operated at the

for
excavating to operate the rotation
and the bucket arm withdrawing.
• Delay the brake of wheel
steering to allow the inertia action.
• Use the rebound damping valve

• Gravity enhancing and gravity
mining
• Precision operation
• Change balance between
functions of the boom, bucket arm
and bucket.
• When the boom is in the resting
state to reduce the natural droop
of boom caused by the weight.
• Increase the operating pressure
by increasing the pressure of the
pressure relief valve by.
