6.0 Troubleshooting
Green and amber LED's not illuminated on PRO-1001
Make sure the mains plug is secure in the desktop power supply and check the fuse
located on the rear panel.
Green and amber LED's not illuminated on PRO-6001/4
Make sure both ends of the CAT5 cable are connected and that is is wired to T568B.
No signal coming from the PRO-6001/4
Confirm the signal input is present on input (1) of the Scion PRO-1001 unit. At the
receiver select (press) number (1) on the scion remote.
Also check that the LED's on the receiver are illuminated and NOT flashing.
Intermittent infra-red control
Make sure the IR detector is positioned correctly and hidden from flooded light
conditions. Refer to section 2.3 for more details.
Can not control source devices
Check that the infra-red emitter is connected to the correct port and that it is located
in the right place on your set top box.
Flashing LED's
Disconnect the CAT5 cable and check the wiring configuration using an industry
standard LAN tester.
