Lubricants/Lubrication points (basic lubrication)
We recommend the lubricants listed.
During maintenance, treat all grease areas with lubricant. Thinly
apply lubricant with a lint-free cloth

In addition to the described maintenance, the guides of the grip-
per can be re-lubricated as needed by means of lubricating nip-
ples. The lubricating nipples can be used instead of the air purge
connection.
Remove the two set screws for the air purge connection and re-
place them with two conical grease nipples.
Disassembly of the module
Variant with dust cover
In variant with dust cover, the dust cover must be removed first
1 Completely unscrew the screws (92) and remove the plain
washers (93) and centering sleeves (86). 92 and 93 only serve
the purpose of protection during transport.
2 Pull the intermediate jaws (84) upwards and out and remove
the O-rings (87) and shims (83).
3 Slacken the countersunk screws (89) and remove the cover
plate (82).
4 Unscrew the screws (90) and detach the covers (81).
