4.3.4 Inductive proximity switch IN 40
Mounting kit
To use the inductive sensor, the gripper has to be retrofitted with
a special mounting kit. This mounting kit is available from SCHUNK
for the models below.
Assembly IN 80
Assembly of the
mounting kit IN80 –
PRG 26 to 64
Ø
Attach the screw and the nut (5/6) on the bracket (3/4).
Ø
Fasten brackets (3/4) with screws (7/8) and washers (13/14) to
the housing.
Ø
Push the brackets down as far as pos sible (away from the
rotary bolt).
Ø
Fasten the switch cams (11/12) with the screws (9/10) to the
rotary bolt.
Assembly of the
mounting kit IN80 -
PRG 80 to 100
Ø
Attach the screw and the nut (5/6) on the bracket (3/4).
Ø
Fasten brackets (3/4) with the screws (7/8) to the housing.
Ø
Push the brackets down as far as possible (away from the rotary
bolt).
Ø
Fasten the switch cams (11/12) with the screws (9/10) to the
rotary bolt.
