Troubleshooting, eliminating faults
Clamping using the lateral clamping screw (pos. 230) is not possible
The clamping element on the inside is not in the correct position.

Unable to disassemble the carriage unit from the tool body
The clamping screw (pos. 230) has not been unscrewed far enough.
The inside of the vice is very dirty.
→
Clean the entire tool body through the blow-out holes on the front slider after having
disassembled the central jaw. (pos. 70)
Important:
vice functions can exclusively be guaranteed if the central jaw has been installed.
Cylinder screw (pos. 160) has not been removed.

Removal
Removing the carriage unit
Removing the system jaws.
Remove the cylinder screw (pos. 160).
Undo the clamping screw (pos. 230) by a minimum of 4 turns.
Cylinder screw (pos. 40) must never be unfastened.
Pull the entire carriage unit from the tool body.
