Set the standard signal output (0-10 V or 4-20 mA) at the DIP
switches. Make sure that the unused standard signal output is
deactivated.
Ø
Open the gripper. Insert the gauge block corresponding to the
minimum gripper stroke. Close the gripper.
Ø
Set the standard signal value corresponding to the inserted
gauge block at the 0-point potentiometer.
Ø
Open the gripper. Insert the gauge block corresponding to the
maximum gripper stroke. Close the gripper.
Ø
Set the standard signal value corresponding to the inserted
gauge block on the gain potentiometer.
