Example for adjusting the electronic processor

Gripper overall stroke: 0 ... 33 mm
■
Standard signal output: 0 ... 10 V
■
Voltage / mm: 0.303030303 V/mm
Ø
Open the gripper. Insert gauge block with 1 mm thickness. Close
the gripper.
Ø
Set 0.303 V on the 0-point potentiometer.
Ø
Open the gripper. Insert gauge block with 33 mm thickness.
Close the gripper.
Ø
Set 10 V on the gain potentiometer.
