Start-up
5. Move the sander diagonally upwards away from the media
remover. IMPORTANT! Damage to the needles is possible! If
the angles are too shallow, the needles can get caught and
torn out of the attachment.

The distance between the sander and the media remover
must be at least 1.5 times the sanding disc diameter so that
the sanding disc is completely removed during regular
operation.

The angle at which the sander is moved away from the
media remover varies depending on the sanding disc and
the design of the backer pad. About 9° is recommended for
soft media and up to 20° for hard media.

6. Retract needles.
7. Reset the nominal operating pressure to the preset value.
8. Move the sander to the starting position "HOME".
