ASSEMBLY AND REPAIRS
To prepare the pressure washer for use, follow the following instructions:
1.
Fix the fitting at the end of the hose to the trigger gun firmly (Figure 8.1).
2.
Fix the fitting of the hose to the outlet fitting of the pressure washer (Figure 8.2); Hand tighten the fitting, do
not use a wrench to avoid damaging the fitting.
3.
Press the lock-on button of the trigger gun to lock the trigger in the OFF position (Figure 8.6).
4.
Connect the water inlet hose to the pressure washer (Figure 8.8)
Note: the inlet hose is not supplied with the product.
5.
Connect the spray nozzle to the prior set (Figure 8.7)
6.
Let water flow, make sure the flow regulator valve is fully open and there is no air in the system.
7.
Connect the plug to the power outlet.
8.
Release the lock-on button. “ON” unlocked, “OFF” locked (Figure 8.6)
9.
Press the On/Off button to turn it on.
10.
Your pressure washer is ready for use.

TURNING YOUR PRESSURE WASHER ON
Choose the specific nozzle for use.
1. Engage the nozzle by pulling on the boom quick coupler and make sure it is connected correctly.
2. The intense spray should be used to clean small areas where greater pressure and cleaning force is required.
3. The large spray should be used for large cleaning areas that do not require as much pressure to remove dirt.
4. “PRESSURE” maximum pressure supported by the lance (34.5MPa).

Please, use only water without impurities. Set up additional filters if there is a risk of sand present in the water
inlet (ex.: well water), Schulz recommends the use of a pre-filter for pressure water cleaners (the pre-filter is not
included with the pressure water cleaner).
