WARRANTY TERMINATION
This warranty will have no effect when:
A.
Its deadline expires.
B.
The product is repaired by people that are not authorized by Schulz
Compressores
S.A. or when signs of
alterations of its original features or nonstandard assembly are verified.
C.
If it is determined the equipment was used for professional and/or industrial purposes.
OBSERVATIONS
A.
The deadline for performing the service call will be indicated in the service report at the date of delivery to
the SCHULZ AUTHORIZED DEALER.
B.
The client is responsible for expenses resulting from unfounded service calls.
C.
No dealer, representative or SCHULZ AUTHORIZED SERVICE PROVIDER is authorized to change these terms
or take liability on behalf of Schulz
Compressores
S.A..
D.
Figures and pictures are only illustrative.
E.
The service call will be performed by the technician upon local logistics.
