Knives with stainless steel blades
without a serrated edge can be sharp-
ened using a sharpening steel. Since
only sharp knives are safe and easy to
use, we recommend that you sharpen
your knives regularly.
Knives with stainless steel blades and
serrated edges should generally only
be sharpened by professional knife
grinders.
Only wooden or plastic cutting
surfaces should be used. Hard surfaces
such as stone, ceramic, metal or glass
will blunt the blade more quickly.
