Reset the patient alarm by pressing the button

The alarm tone stops and the alarm LED (2) goes out.
No further respiration alarm will be given for the next 30 secs.
(alarm suppressed).
The green respiration indication LED (3) remains activated.
If, after the alarm suppression time, the alarm condition persists, an
alarm is triggered again.
