4.3 Remote Lamp Shutdown & Front Panel Lamp Intensity Control
Allows the user to turn the lamp completely off from a remote location. Intensity
is set by the front panel intensity control knob. (See Section 3.0.)

If switch or relay is used: connect to pin 3 and pin 7 (ground), (closed
condition = off).

If TTL or open collector interface is used: connect logic signal to pin 3, logic
ground to pin 7, (logic 0 = off).
