Setting the state of equilibrium

There are several holes in the crane eye on the lifting device. These allow you to adjust the balance
the lifting device to suit the different loads being lifted.
Procedure:
Hang the lifting device in the middle hole.
Raise the lifting device and pick up the product.
Raise the lifting device and load slowly!
Assess the tilt angle and, if necessary, set down the load
again securely.
Rehang the crane hook accordingly in the crane eye.
WARNING
Risk from uncontrolled gripper movements
When lifting from the floor, the lifting device starts to swing due to center of
gravity compensation.
This can result in serious injury.

Lift the workpiece at the lowest possible lifting speed.
►
Compensate for the swinging motion using the control handle.

Ensure that the cross beams are always symmetrical.

1. Pull the latching bolt (7) downwards and
hold it securely.
2. Move the main beam (6) with the other
hand into the desired position.
3. Release the latching bolt (7).
4. Ensure that the latching bolt (7) is
completely engaged.
5. Check the vacuum hose connections.
