• Make sure the voltage of the power supply matches the value
specifi ed for this unit and that bulbs are installed as per the tech-
nical specifi cations.
• Use only approved safety sockets (in accordance with VDE 100)
and extension cords approved for outdoor use when plugging the
light in outdoors.
Protect the sockets and connections from water. The socket
circuit should be protected by a residual current device (maximum
30mA).
• Only connect the lamp to a properly installed socket.
• The voltage of the socket must comply with the technical data.
• To avoid the risk of electric shock, avoid overloading the circuit,
cables, or built-in connectors.
• Do not tug on, kink or squash the cable or place heavy objects
on it.
• Do not operate the light if there are any signs of damage to the
light, the cable or plug, or if the light has been dropped.

re may only be replaced by the manufacturer or a comparable
specialist
• Only have in
spections or repairs carried out by qualifi ed specia-
lists (electrical experts) or by the manufacturer. The lamp may
only be used again after expert repair.
• Do not try to repair the device yourself. Opening the casing expo-
ses you to the risk of electric shock and other injuries.
• The light source of this lamp cannot be replaced; when the light
source has reached the end of its life, the whole lamp shall be
replaced.
• Only the LED module supplied by the manufacturer may be used.
• When installing, cleaning or in case of malfunction, immediately
remove the plug from the socket. The absence of voltage must be
determined via the cable. Also remove the plug from the socket
during thunderstorms, storms or if the light will not be used for a
longer period of time. Following these instructions can prevent
damage. Never pull on the cable, always remove the plug.
• Components of the light and especially the bulb become hot
during operation. A suffi cient distance to fl ammable objects (such
as curtains, textiles) or other fl ammable materials must be strictly
adhered to. Do not place or hang objects over the light or bulb to
prevent shorts or fi re.
• Render old lights unusable immediately. The light must then be
disposed of in accordance with local regulations.
• Keep packaging materials, such as foil pouches, are not toys.
Keep them out of children’s reach. Dispose of them according to
current local regulations.
• Keep the safety instructions in a safe place and make them ac-
cessible to further as well as future owners.
Cleaning and care
• Allow the light and bulb to cool down and observe the safety
instructions before starting to clean.
• Please limit the care of the light to the surfaces and do not allow
moisture to come into contact with the voltage-carrying parts of
the light.
• Use only a lightly moistened cloth for cleaning. Avoid harsh
cleaners, insect sprays, alcohol, thinner, etc.; make sure to avoid
excessive pressure as it may damage the surfaces.
Transporting the light
• Please keep the original packaging. To ensure adequate protecti-
on when transporting the light, simply pack the device in its original
packaging.
Disposal instructions and environmental regulations

The disposal of this product falls under the European guideline
2012/19/EU.
