Disconnect the appliance from the mains before you

The fuse in the fuse box is tripped.

The appliance is not supplied with
energy.

Low water pressure.

Check the fuse box.

Check that the appliance is supplied
with energy / the door is closed
properly / the plug is in the socket.

Check the water supply.
Drain pump does not work.
1.
Drain hose is kinked.

Filters are clogged.

Kitchen sink is clogged.

Check drain hose.

Check the filters.

Noise.
1.
Knocking noise inside the rinse
chamber.
2.
Rattling noise inside the rinse
chamber.

A spray arm is knocking against an
item. Pause the programme and
rearrange this item.
2.
Pieces of tableware are not arranged
properly. Pause the programme and
rearrange them.
Foam in the appliance.
1.
Unsuitable detergent.
2.
Spilled rinse aid.
1.
Use dishwasher detergent only.
Open the door and wait until the
foam has evaporated. Pour approx. 4
litres of water in the appliance. Close
the door and select the pre-wash
programme. Repeat procedure if
need be.
Stained interior.
Detergent contains colorants.
Use colorant-free detergents.
Dishes are not clean.

Unsuitable programme.

Dishes are placed improperly.
1.
Select a stronger programme.
2.
Check the position of the dishes.
The dishes must not block the spray
arms.
Spots and film on glasses and cutlery.
Extremely hard water.
Very low temperature of the water
To remove spots from glassware:
1.
Remove all metal-made objects.
