Troubleshooting and
rectification
This section covers errors that may occur and the associated
remedial measures.
Error messages

Grease signal
does not change The sensor head is not
in contact with the grease Immerse the sensor head
in the grease to a greater
depth
The sensor is too far
from the changed grease
Deposits on the sapphire
disc Clean the sapphire disc
using a microfibre cloth
No signal The sensor head
is not inserted Insert the sensor head
in the rolling bearing

is defective Replace the sensor head
