2.3 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS -
DISCHARGE AND HOPPER COMPONENTS
1. Install the left and right side grass catcher mounting
brackets to the rear of the machine. Secure using (4)
3/8-16 x 1" hex head bolts and (4) 3/8-16 serrated
flange nuts. See Figure 2-10.

2. Tighten the hardware.

14. Install the blower assembly to the mounting bracket
and secure with the mounting pin and hair pin. See
Figure 2-8.
15. Align the blower assembly with the discharge
opening of the cutter deck. Tighten the hardware for
the mounting bracket. See Figure 2-8.
16. Install the quick pin through the rear hole in the
discharge chute mounting bracket. See Figure 2-8.

17. Install the belt to the spindle pulley. When replacing
