This register, in conjunction with the Loop Stress Status register 33h, forms a
demodulator tracking loop.

Loop stress data is read from status register 33h and the loop is centered with
register 3Eh. When the 4430-V is first tuned to a new carrier frequency, status
register 33h should be read and register 3Eh should be used to center the loop.
Due to the wide tuning range, the offset nulling loop should always be used to
null out the changing mixer offset.
