Select shared phone book or private phone book by
pressing [JOIN] or [O.K.]. Press [▼ ] / [▲ ] to review the
Directory in alphabetical order.
Tip: To quickly find a name and phone number, before scrolling the directory, key in the first
letter of the name, and the display will jump to the first record starting with that letter.
EDITING A PHONE BOOK NUMBER
Select the record you want to edit.
The recorded nam e will be played back instead if there
was caller nam e being recorded.
Press [EDIT] softkey during playback to re-record the
m essage (see last section for details), or press [DELETE]
softkey during playback to remove the recorded nam e.
The display shows “VOICE DELETED !” to confirm the
deletion.
W hen you see the record you want to edit displayed,
press [EDIT] softkey and then edit the num ber. Press
[DELETE] softkey to rem ove any error and enter the
correction as needed. Press [O.K.] softkey to confirm
the edited num ber.
Repeat the process for [NAME]. Press [SAVE] and
“SAVE TO DIR!” appears on the display. Press [O.K.] if
you want to re-record the Voice Announce Nam e as well,
or press [EXIT] to finish.
W hen finished the screen will display the edited entry.
