Recording Audible Name:
1. W hen an entry is saved in General Dir.,
after the number and nam e are saved,
“RECORD” will be prom pted.
2. Press [OK] and start recording.
Both “Audible CID” on handset(s) and “Audible
Nam” on base must be set to ON to have
audible name announcement on handset(s)

3. Press [O.K.] or [JOIN] to select storing in
the personal (handset) or general (base)
phone book directory.

2. Press [O.K.] or [JOIN] to select storing in
the personal (handset) or general (base)
phone book directory.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to
enter the phone number, nam e, and to
select the ring tone.
4. Press [SAVE] softkey to store.
