Problems and Solutions

Fault
Solution
The steamer will not switch on.
- Check the steamer is plugged in
- Plug the steamer into a different socket
The steamer will not produce
steam.
- Check the Hard Water Filter is assembled
- Check there is enough water in the Clean Water Tank
Water comes out from the back of
the machine.
- Check there is no blockage from the accessory tool and mop head
The steamer leaves too much
water on the floor
- Replace mop pad with a dry one
- Use less detergent in the detergent tank
