CRISPY WAFFLES
Ingredients:
Flour -1 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Margarine - 200 g
Vanillin - 1 g
Eggs (large) - 4 pcs.
Cooking method:
Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla until white
color and increased volume by 2-3
times.
Add
softened
at
room
temperature margarine. Beat until
smooth.
Gradually sift the flour and mix with a
mixer at the lowest speed.
Before baking the first waffle, brush the
surface of the waffle maker with some
vegetable oil. Spread a tablespoon of
dough on the surface. Bake a waffle in
accordance with the recommendations.
If the waffle sticks to the surface of the
waffle maker, add a little flour to the
dough.
Roll the waffles into tubes or cones
immediately after baking, while still hot.
"MARSEILLE" WAFFLES WITH COCOA
CREAM
Ingredients:
Eggs (3 for dough and 4 for custard) - 7
pcs.
Sugar (1 cup for dough and 1.5 cup for
custard) - 2.5 cups
Vanilla sugar (or vanilla) - 1 packet
Lemon zest (grated) - 1 tsp.
Butter (1/2 pack (90g) for dough and 1
pack (180g) for custard) - 1.5 pack
Wheat flour (1 cup for dough and 2
tbsp. for custard) - 1.5 cup
Cocoa powder (for custard) - 2 tbsp.
Milk - 500 ml
Cooking method:
Beat 3 eggs, 1 cup sugar, vanilla and
zest.
Melt half a pack of butter in a
microwave, add it to the dough. Add 1.5
cup of flour and mix until smooth.
Put 1 tbsp. dough at a time and close
the waffle maker. Fry the waffles and
make tubular rolls at once.
Make custard:
1) Beat 4 eggs, 1.5 cup sugar, 2 tbsp.
flour, 2 tbsp. cocoa powder.
2) Heat 500 ml milk in a pan with a
thick bottom, but do not bring to boil.
Slowly pour the sugar-egg mixture into
the milk, stirring constantly.
3) Boil the custard over medium heat,
stirring constantly.
4) Leave to cool. When cooed, put it
into the fridge. Take 1 pack of butter
out of the fridge to soften.
5) Beat the soft butter with a mixer,
adding the custard spoon by spoon Put
the product into a fridge for a couple of
hours.
WAFFLE ROLLS WITH CARAMELIZED
CONDENSED MILK IN CHOCOLATE
GLAZE
Ingredients:
For dough:
Margarine (melted) - 1 pack
Eggs - 5 pcs.
Sugar - 1 cup
Flour - 1 cup
For chocolate glaze:
Water - 2 tbsp.
Powdered sugar - 100 g
Cocoa powder - 100 g
Butter (melted) - 1 tbsp.
Cooking method:
WAFFLES:
1. Blend eggs and sugar, add flour, then
add melted margarine, stir and bake.
2. As soon as a waffle is ready, put the
condensed milk onto it and wrap a roll.
CHOCOLATE GLAZE:
1. Heat 2 tablespoons of water in a
bowl, add 100 g of sieved powdered
sugar, then add 100 g of cocoa powder.
When boiled, pour in 20 g of melted
butter.

Dip both sides of the waffle roll into
the glaze and sprinkle with powdered
sugar.
CHEESE WAFFLES
Ingredients:
Cheese - 200 g
Margarine - 200 g
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Flour - 250-300 g
Water (carbonated, mineral) - 200 ml
Soda - 1 tsp.
Salt - 1 tsp.
Cooking method:
Melt margarine. Finely grate cheese. Mix
all the ingredients well with a spoon or
whisk until smooth. The dough should
be like very thick sour cream. Bake the
dough in a preheated waffle maker.
SPONGY WAFFLES
Ingredients:
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Sugar - 150 g
Flour - 200 g
Vanilla sugar - 1 packet
Water (hot) - 6 tbsp.
Baking powder - 6 g
Butter - 50 g
Lemon juice (a few drops)
Powdered sugar (for serving, if desired)
Cooking method:
Separate the yolks from the whites.
Beat yolks and 6 tablespoons of hot
water until foamy, gradually add 2/3 the
