- Do not continue applying the force after the preset torque, and immediately stop the
force after hearing the "click" sound to ensure the output accuracy of torque. Continuous
application may not only cause a damage to the internal parts, and also cause a damage to
the nut and workpiece due to the torque value exceeding the set value.
When the wrench is set at the low torque value, the
“
click
”
sound will be lighter than
that at the high toque value. Therefore, when outputting a low torque value, pay special attention to the "click" sound.
When the force is applied evenly, the torque wrench head shall be perpendicular
(as shown in the figure) to the fastener to ensure the accuracy of reading when
the torque wrench clicks.

Do not tilt the wrench handle while using it. Tilting the wrench handle easily results in a deviation of torque value or
even a damage to the fastener.
While tightening the nut, be sure to evenly apply a force on the torque wrench (as shown in figure). As the resistance
increases, the application rate shall slow down accordingly.
