and then try that key again.

of the Max Wireless Keyboard.
Make sure the ‘Keyboard Input’ cable is securely plugged into the
back of the set-top box in the ‘Keyboard Input’ slot and that the
‘Mouse Input’ wire is securely plugged into the back of the set-top
box in the ‘Mouse Input’ slot.
Make sure the Infrared Receiver Unit is in an area where it is able
to see the Max Wireless Keyboard.
Why are some keys blank on my Max Wireless Keyboard?
These keys are reserved for future short cut keys.
TROUBLESHOOTING
What if I receive a blue screen that says "SaskTel Max
signal lost temporarily" or “Signal Unavailable”?
You may be experiencing technical problems. The channel should
only be lost for a short period of time. Follow the directions on the
blue screen to retrieve the channel. If your channel does not
return, contact SaskTel at 1-800-773-2121. If the problem is
network wide, you will hear an information message explaining the
problem.
What if I have no picture, but there is sound?
You will see a plain black screen (no picture) on a radio channel
(e.g. CBC Radio One). If you are on a TV channel and there is no
picture ensure that the video connection to your set-top box is
made. This will either be an S-video connection, the yellow video
cable on the RCA cable or the coax cable. If all connections are
made, contact SaskTel at 1-800-773-2121.
What if I have no audio, but there is a picture?
First check if you may have accidentally turned down the volume or
pressed the MUTE button (it may say MUTE on your TV screen). If
this is not the case, then ensure that the red and black (or red and
white) audio cables from the set-top box (Audio Out ports) or coax
cable to the TV or receiver are also properly connected. If all
connections are made, contact SaskTel at 1-800-773-2121.
