Calibration/Adjustment
“Calibration” technically means to determine the
difference between the scale readout and the actual
weight on the platform to determine the accuracy.
Adjustment means to bring a scale to the level
of accuracy required for its use.
Note:
For 0CE-series scales, the calibration function is
sealed
and
locked
after verification.
You must adjust or calibrate your new scale at the
place of installation after each warmup period and
before the first measurement. You must also re-adjust
or recalibrate your scale each time you set it up
in a different area or when the ambient conditions
change (especially the temperature).

Use only calibration weights with an accuracy equal
to or better than the readability of your scale.
You can find an overview of the calibration weight
sets available in the section entitled “Accessories
(Options).” You need an exact calibration weight.
