Mechanical Disassemblies

Remove 1 screw
A
(T3x8) and remove fan “FN903”.

Remove 4 screws
B
(T3x8) and 2 screws
C
(T3x10), and
take the fan cover-A and fan “FN904”.

Remove 1 screw
D
(T3x8) and take the fan duct-A and
fan “FN906”.

Remove 1 screw
E
(T3x8), 2 screws
F
(T3x10) and take
the fan cover-B and fan “FN905”.

Fans removal

Remove the isolation plate on the power box.

Remove 4 screws
A
(T3x6) and disconnect terminals
“K6A”, “K6B” and “K6D” then remove Power Board
upward.

Remove 4 screws
B
(T3x6) and disconnect terminal
"CB2” and remove the Lamp Ballast Board upward.

Remove 2 screws
C
(M2.5x6) and remove the Lamp
Cover SW Board.

Remove 4 screws
D
(T3x8) and pull the power box bot-
tom upward.
