General:
Enter the desired user name and password of the new user.
If you select „Binding PC MAC address“, the user can only access the recorder with the
computer whose MAC address is mentioned here. If you disable this function, the recorder
can be accessed from any computer.
Authority:
Here you can define the authorities (=rights) for the selected user for each channel.

Address of the PTZ device
